Physical Description: Gizem's heritage is hardly shown by her physical appearance. When concealing her fiendish features she totally resembles an average lass from Calimshan. She has a delicate visage and, while short in height, moves elegantly and quickly.
Habits/Hobbies/Personality: Gizem loves travels, dancing and enjoys spending time alone. She is not quite the social kind of person, but will immensely enjoy an engaging conversation in front of a goblet of black tea. She loves skill games, such as chess, and always appreciates a good fight and a smart opponent.
She considers herself a person of honor, although largely prefers striking down her opponents while in the shadow.

Background
Gizem means "mystery" in Alzhedo, and that is the name she has earned immediately after being born. Daughter of a sorceress and planar traveler from Calimport, infamously known for being wicked and extremely greedy, she was sold as a slave while still a child. Her captivity didn't last long though, as she was set free by a company of mercenaries (the Children of the Sandstorm) during a direct assault to her slaver's caravan. Seeing potential in her, Jalad the head of the mercenary group, took her as his future wife and started training her as his personal eldritch guard.
Time passed, Gizem reached adulthood and got married with Jalad, but proved herself incapable of providing children to her husband. Jalad so lost interest in the young tiefling woman and tough times started for Gizem. Forced now to fight as any other warrior to keep her place in the company, her eldritch power wasn't enough to gain the respect of her harsh companions on the battlefield. Unable to learn proper sorcery, she trained hard and, learning from the other warriors, she became able to hide in plain sight and proficient in delivering deadly strikes with a set of twin blades. With time, Gizem managed to become a respected spellsword.
One day, during a raid, the mercenary leader - and her former husband - fell in battle. The new group leader suddenly became the most feared and charismatic member of the company: Rajid the Conjurer. Although keeping a low profile throughout the years, Rajid was able to conjure the ancient and frightening Efreet on the battlefield. Becoming the new head of the group, suddenly the sorcerer started to show an open - disturbing - interest in Gizem's eldritch power.
Repulsed by the man, who wanted to take advantage of the young tiefling, Gizem was forced to leave the company and decided to head North, traveling for the first time as a lone scout and spellsword.
