Brigitte grew up in Luskan and spent a part of her youth in the mist-shrouded City of Spices with her parents. Recently she graduated from a martial arts academy located in Luskan where she pursued the more tactical aspects of conflicts, and where she got further enwrapped, fascinated and eventually devouted to the literature written by the strategist Red Knight. Right now she is in search of opportunities to put theory into practice since experience is a prerequisite for becoming an expert. She would offer her services to any good-aligned factions if they’d require a military, calculating or perhaps even diplomatic hand.
She is unmarried and single, and appears quite unresponsive to steps that may lead to personal enjoyement, displaying an oblivious behaviour to obvious signals send in her direction in that regard. Simultanously she is amazingly perceptive to more (according to her) purposeful activities in which she gladly -and if granted- will participate and demonstrate her ability to help accomplish things. Overall, she comes across as a woman with a natural moral character that includes a rather genuinely unselfish concern for others. She seems driven to objectively distinguish moral reasons from those that are not, and which may help others as well as herself manage situations. Her general behaviour seems to promote the welfare of others, yet at the same time is she capable of accepting the fact sacrifices for the common good are sometimes inevitable. She is probably also the type willing to surrender to the decision giving up on a few good people in order to save an entire society, and who would despise groups selfishly protecting their own benefits. Perhaps that also explains why she doesn’t seem to allow anyone close to her heart.

Her outfit is a heavy armour featuring a dark red segmented cuirass that is soft on the inside and hard enough on the outside to soak up damage without being brittle, and underneath a coat of mail manufactured out of iron rings. A long dark red cloak is draped over her shoulders.
She carries a rectangular, semi-cylindrical body shield and in which a limited range of smaller weapons is attached, being a set of darts, a kukri and a short slightly curving blade. On her back hangs a long polished sword, gleaming with a darker hue of red.

11th day of Deepwinter, 1334
Brigitte Liszewski, daughter to sea captain Andrej Liszewski and seamtress Anna Leiffson, was born in Luskan while her father was out at the Endless Ice Sea in search for a seemingly unexisting object of power that might help establish a balance on the leadership at his home port. Upon his return he had been scolded properly by his wife before being introduced to their firstborn and what would be their only child.
The Melting, 1343
Andrej took his daughter along her first boat trip and made her familiar with armored combat lessons. During that journey Brigitte also learned to know the fierceness of the region as barbarians attacked their ship. The crew managed fending them off with the help of members of the Elk tribe with whom Andrej had loose but good ties. Though, upon his return Andrej received proper scolding for endangering their daughter once again. Such however was the nature of their region, restless, tumultuous and sometimes downright fierce.
Highsun, 1343
Around the age of ten, Brigitte’s family sailed to Westgate and later on Marsember in the context of a business trip. But instead of staying there for a few months, they eventually bought a second place and remained there till 1350. During that period Brigitte was educated by a recently retired colonel lady who was a friend of the family, and she got her hands upon books of warfare, war journals and other similar literature. Especially the ones of Red Knight drew her attention and her thirst for more knowledge was born. She also learned more about the gods and especially Helm was along with Red Knight her preferred choice of topics during lessons.
The Time of Flowers, 1350
Back home Brigitte signed up at the martial arts and warfare academy in Luskan where she spent almost two years. She also began to visit a fortified abbey somewhere north of the city where a training chapel and altar to Helm had been established. During that time she started to dress differently, a spotless shining armor with an open-faced helm and a plum on top, a long red cloak, and a sword at her side. Later on she switched certain parts to red which may be a nod or a wink in Red Knight’s direction. Also her entire demanuour evolved into a strictly disciplined and military behaviour, as well as her opinions. Brigitte was convinced that her training and knowledge would benefit her rather aggressive nation in a positive way.
Deepwinter, 1352
Brigitte graduated from the academy and during that same month she also received more of Helm’s attention and blessings which she only since recently started to use when she decided to travel to Baldur’s gate in order to seek experience and like-minded individuals.
