Arterial Strike... it's... nao bueno.

Re-mentioned below.

1. Unarmed attacks do not work with arterial strike.
2. Ranged attacks do not work with arterial strike.
3. Aaaaand, it appears most of my successful attacks do neither sneak damage nor arterial bleeds... despite landing an attack from stealth.

Additional notes:
1. The feat does not specify particular weapon types, melee, or ranged. This feat *should* work with any weapon, melee or ranged, as long as sneak attacks could be conducted. So yeah, melee *with* a weapon equipped required.
2. It limits you to one attack per round (even if additional attacks would qualify as sneak attacks). This may be intentional. I am unsure.

This is unfortunate as I do have the feat on my most experienced character. Haha! Womp-womp.
