Connection Error
Hello all
I'm having trouble logging into the server. My last login was 09/13/19 with no problems but today I keep getting this
Attempting to find server
IP=158.69.123.5121
Connection error
Server is not responding (Timeout)
Can someone help me with this problem so that I may continue to save the world of BG

Re: Connection Error
Always use game.bgtscc.net as the server address, not an ip - as it can change.
(current ip is 158.69.123.65)

Re: Connection Error
Thanks but that information still don't work. Can someone tell me what is the correct password for the direct Connect
perhaps that's the issue that's causing the problem? or do I have to reinstall the game and all its down loads again??
Dammit I really hope that's not the case.

Re: Connection Error
Can you ping the server at all ? Open a command prompt and type: ping game.bgtscc.net

Re: Connection Error
Sadly, these issues can usually only be corrected by waiting a little while! Sometimes your internet service provider and our server just have a hard time talking to each other, but it will usually self correct in a few hours when that happens.
You can try to speed the process along by unplugging your modem for a little while then plugging it back in, but the main solution is just to hurry up and wait.
