Dervish Dance Extended Rage Extra Rage
Probably make sense to make Extended Rage and Extra Rage add rounds and uses to Dervish Dance, like it does for feral stance, frenzy etc.

As Valefort said they are nothing alike.
Rage is letting go of inhibitions to act purely by instinct. It's bringing about a state of extreme adrenaline rush that grant supernatural strength and resilience. Similar to how some humans in our world have been known to perform amazing feats when flooded with arenaline. There is no conscious thinking of what to do. It's pure instinct fuelled by anger.
Dervish Dance is the exact opposite. While it is still based on instinct, it doesn't rely on an adrenaline rush. Nor does it give the dancer supernatural strength or resilience. The rapid movements, however, allow the dancer to move quickly around their foe, never staying still for long enough for that foe to land a proper blow.
Oberyn Martell vs the Mountain in Game of Throne is a good example of what a Dervish Dance might be. Whereas the Hulk in the first Avengers movie is the classic example of Rage.

Hm, you might be right
https://dndtools.net/classes/dervish/
"A dervish cannot perform a dervish dance while under the effect of a rage or frenzy ability."
So it must be incompatible with rage
