In the early hours of the morning, just as the dawn's light of Lathander falls over Baldur's Gate, the city begins to bustle with activity. The criers sing, their voices carried over the heavy shuffles of the morning, “Gazette here! Come read the newest issue! Two silvers, thank-you!” Young and eager paperboys proffer the shortscrolls, calling out some of the more intriguing headlines in order to entice readers.
Similar activity is found all down the Trade way, all the way down to the city of Beregost. Elycia Innovius, the editor of the Gazette, can be seen flipping through the pages of the Gazette herself, looking somewhat exhausted as she examines her work with interest. She flashes a warm smile at those she spots with a Gazette tucked under their arm, soon after glancing back to her reading...
Readers are also pleased to find back issues available at the Gazette office in Baldur's Gate.
Charraj picks up the newest issue of the Gazette with a smile, and goes to read it over a warm cup of tea.
He frowns at the first page.
"Terrible news, terrible news... Alison...? Ah, glad she's all right now..."
He keeps reading and turning the pages.
"Ah yes... interesting... Mmm... Heroic gnome... Hm... Bre...? Strange elf, glad he's okay too... Hah, wish I could have seen that skit..."
Upon reaching page five however, he snorts and narrows his eyes, reading the interview with Dimitri more intently. Once he finishes the article, he throws the newspaper aside in annoyance.
"Sure, I'll have tea with him... If his tea is made with black lotus leaves."
His mood soured, he departs, leaving his tea unfinished.
//Awesome job, everyone! I had a blast reading it. :')
Alec reads over the paper, frowning deeply as he scans all the pages.
"What is this?! *he exclaims at his stool in the Elfsong* I fight off a vicous troll and save poissbly Candlekeep and the Friendly Arm Inn, plus all them other folks that were blunderin around.. *he huffs* Spose true bravery an heroics get overlooked round'ere..."
*Rhys cant help but say as he reads page 5* "Its supposed to be alright because other country's do it?"
"He forgot to mention how much the underdark loves slavery as well. As Ive been saying you can act like saints but as long as you keep sending coin to thay your supporting slavery."

Morticia sends a cabin boy on an errand to pick up a copy, and when it is placed in her hands quickly scans the rag.
Apart from a sardonic comment to herself about being outlaws when they let Red Wizards roam free in the Gate and what hypocrites the Fist and in particular Dukes are, she studies the story on necromancy and the lich intensely, dons a disguise and wanders off to the site of the incident to see what she can discern.
